10 Acts to See This Year at North Coast

10. San Holo
Coming back to North Coast is a familiar face that played 3 years ago and gave a performance to remember. Accompanied by his guitar, expect him to play recent releases such as GLOW and Tiny Flowers.
9. DJ MYINT
Recently having played ULTRA Music Festival in Miami, Nicole Myint brings her sounds from Detroit to Chicago. Her passion towards music helps her give back to her community and enables her to support many charities back in her hometown of Detroit. If you don’t have a chance to check her out during North Coast, you’ll likely be able to hear her spins at Detroit Lions or Red Wings games.
8. Chris Diaz
Chris is bringing house music to North Coast. As a singer/songwriter, Chris has been able to deliver a different approach to house music. His latest release On Me has been promoted on his social media as a nod to those who are fans of The Wiggles, Barney and Teletubbies. His sound has allowed him to travel the States and drawing a large following to share his love and soul to music.
7. Sippy
Australian based Sippy brings dubstep sounds to North Coast. Sippy is a great representation of how hard work and determination brings you to the biggest stages in the world. Her work has allowed her to work with many artists such as The Chainsmokers and Zeds Dead.
6. Slander
Trap, house and dubstep – what more can you ask for in a set by two gentlemen who have taken the EDM world by storm since 2014. The name Slander was combined from the duo's real names: "S(cott) Land" and "Ander(sen)". If you catch their set, you’ll catch yourself not only singing along to many fan favorites but your neck may also hate you the next morning with all the headbanging that will accompany the singing.
5. Jon Casey
Jon Casey’s dance/electronic mix will take over on Sunday afternoon. Hailing from South Africa, he’s previously worked with North Coast alumn NGHTMRE. Jon was also the first artist to release music on Alison Wonderland’s indie label ‘FMU Records’. Having worked alongside many artists such as Skrillex, Casey is sure to be an act you don’t want to miss.
4. Illenium
Illenium has been very busy the last year headling and selling out various arenas across the States including the largest stadiums in Vegas and LA, Allegiant Stadium and SoFi Stadium respectively. As a music producer, his shows are very energetic and are executed flawlessly with visuals to go alongside his music. Be sure to catch his set when he closes on Satruday.
3. Deorro
Deorro is bringing Mexico to North Coast. Having grown up in LA and of Mexican decent, Deorro has managed to find the perfect mix to incorporate Spanish music and lyrics into his set. Always drawing a large crowd, expect his set to be filled with a variety of sounds for everyone to enjoy.
2. Alan Walker
Alan Walker brings the World of Walkers to Chicago on closing night of the festival. His latest performance in Chicago was at Lollapalooza which he claims was one of his best shows in the city. Expect to hear his latest releases off his album Walkerworld such as Heart Over Mind or Endless Summer along with an all time favorite and typical show closer, Faded.
1. DJ Diesel
We’d never expect to see a basketball player play a DJ set but Shaq has done it. He mentioned that his love towards this genre spans from watching the fans bond and come together as a community to enjoy festivals and smaller sets. He returns to North Coast having previously played in 2021 and just like Alan Walker above, has recently played Lolla last year. Benny the Bull was a surprise guest at Lolla so should we expect him to make another appearance at this set?
These are only 10 of the many acts that will be performing at North Coast 2024. If you feel we’ve missed someone that deserves a spot on this list let us know!
