SSBD 2O25 LINEUP
““Festivals should be more than just stages and lights—they should spark something inside you. They should give you space to let go, to laugh, to dance like a kid again, and to remember what it feels like to be fully present. This year, we leaned all the way into that vision and we’ve curated moments that awaken the senses and reconnect us to ourselves—and to each other." — Brad Sweet, Co-Founder, SSBD”

This year, 2025, marked a significant leap forward for the small but impactful SSBD festival, embracing innovation through accessibility and collaboration. In a groundbreaking move, they introduced two unique offerings: the Billboard-recognized IndepenDANCE Pass, a partnership with Desert Hearts, Joshua Tree Music Festival, and Northern Nights, providing access to four independent California festivals for an accessible $599. Furthermore, the Wonderfully Different Pass, a collaboration with Wonderfront Festival, fostered unity between two major San Diego events by offering a shared pass, standing out in a landscape where festivals often compete.
Deepening its Los Angeles presence, SSBD also partnered with A Hundred Drums' renowned B-Side LA event series to co-produce their 10th-anniversary celebration. This collaboration not only honored underground culture but also empowered emerging artists through a DJ Battle competition, offering them a platform at both B-Side and SSBD.
SSBD began in 2018, started by a few friends, with a couple hundred attendees and has grown exponentially each year and continues to this day as an independent festival, with no institutional backing. Known for its unique community and the meticulous care put into every aspect, SSBD offers far more than just music. It’s a haven for creativity, connection, and unexpected wonder. Nestled on the beach of Lake Perris, the picturesque landscape creates an enchanting environment that the organizers fill with surprises around every corner.
