Break away from reality and immerse yourself in this two-day festival packed with disco grooves, heavy-hitting bass, and pure adrenaline. Whether you’re vibing at sunset or raving under the lights, the music never stops. With 3 dynamic stages, Breakaway Tampa delivers an unforgettable experience for everyone- from first timers to seasoned festival-goers.

Breakaway Tampa took place at the Raymond James Stadium North Grounds, home of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers here in Florida. The Florida heat did not stop the attendees from showing out early on Day 1. Once inside the festival grounds, there were many activations like Celsius, BeatBox, Devil’s Reserve, and picture-perfect photo ops for the ultimate Instagram post.

Dr. Fresch, Disco Lines, Louis The Child, and Fisher were on the lineup for the day, and each stage was filled with nonstop energy and dancing fans. The doctor was in, and he prescribed an hour of bass house on The Launch Pad stage-Dr. Fresch absolutely crushed it. A sunset set at this stage was truly beautiful.

Before heading over to the mainstage, the silent disco was such a cool experience. With everyone wearing headphones and three different stations, people were there to dance. There should be more festivals that have this!

Disco Lines was performing on the mainstage later in the night and boy did he bring the house! Not only was he jumping behind the decks, but so was the crowd. Highly recommend seeing him live at least once in your life. This was my first time seeing Louis The Child, and I was amazed. They played their hits like “Better Not” and “Blasé,” getting the crowd super hyped for Fisher, who was up next. Fisher headlined Day 1 of Breakaway, and let’s just say-the atmosphere was electric. Fisher’s on-stage charisma had the crowd buzzing, turning the entire set into one massive dance party. His performance left me counting down the hours for Day 2

I’ve been looking forward to Breakaway Day 2 ever since the lineup dropped. There’s music for everyone with artists like Nostalgix, Never Dull, ISOxo, and Knock2. Never Dull brought the disco vibes to The Launch Pad. With his colorful visuals and high energy beats, the crowd was all smiles. Nostalgix took the mainstage, where she can be spotted from a mile away with her vibrant orange hair. Playing hits like “Don’t Keep Me Waiting” and “WAR,” it was clear that these were crowd favorites. You can tell she was born to be a star! Her stage presence and infectious energy made it so fun to capture. What a girl boss! Later in the night, ISOxo played mainstage, keeping the hype going for his hour long set.

Is it gettin’ hot in here, or is it just Knock2? Day 2 headliner, Knock2, brought bass house to the mainstage and had everyone singing along-and I’m not even exaggerating. Throughout his performance, they had a videographer inside the crowd to stream the audience on the screen behind him, and people weren’t missing a single word!

The energy was absolutely insane. From fans dancing on shoulders to full-on mosh pits, I can confidently say Knock2 shook the city that night. I’ve been streaming his music for the past two years, and he’s become my favorite EDM artist. I’ve seen him live twice before, but this performance at Breakaway was hands down my favorite.

Knock2 played tracks from his new album “nolimit” including bangers like “crank the bass, play the muzik” and “feel U luv Me.” Just when I thought the night couldn’t get any better, he closed his set with a firework celebration and brought out ISOxo! Together, they are ISOKNOCK. The crowd went wild to say the least.

“Energy, energy, energy” was the perfect way to describe this festival. From energy drinks to the electrifying crowd and unforgettable performances, the vibe was non-stop. As my first time attending, Breakaway definitely left a lasting impression!
